Alias

An alias is a short, easy to remember, name of address.

Aliases are easy to remember, so they are often used instead of addresses.

A single address can have an unlimited number of aliases.

The alias name is unique — there cannot be two aliases with the same name.

Allowed symbols

An alias is a string of 4 to 30 characters in length inclusive.

The following characters are allowed in the alias name:

  • lowercase Latin letters
  • numbers
  • dot
  • underscore
  • hyphen
  • @
