How to restore your account

You can use either Online app, or standalone version for Windows app, Mac OS app or Linux app. All versions support automatic update.

Choose and open up your Waves wallet. Click on the Get Started to start account recovering procedure.

Set a single password for all your accounts. Put a checkmark before I have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and click on the Continue button.

Here click on the Import accounts box.

After clicking on the Import accounts box you will be forwarded to the following page. Click on the Seed or Key Import account from a backup SEED or Private key.

Here you can also import accounts from the Ledger Nano S and Waves Keeper.

On the following page paste or type your seed into the blank text field.
The Waves wallet will automatically generate the corresponding address right below the text field.

If you entered the correct SEED, it will display your Waves address. If you are getting the correct address, click on the Continue.

Choose account name. To finish the process, click on the Sign in

If you have done all of the above, you are forwarded to the user interface.

How to use several accounts

You can create or import as many accounts as you need if you want to use several Waves accounts. Just create a new account or import an existing account and click on the Account avatar at the top right corner.

Click on the Switch account and Add an account. And repeat the account recovering procedure described above.

To change the account click on the Account avatar at the top right corner and click on the Switch account. After that choose the required account.

How to pairing accounts between devices

Also, you can synchronize your accounts between mobile apps and desktop or online apps. So, to sync your account from the desktop or online app, just open online or desktop Waves app and click on the Account avatar at the top right corner. Then click on the Settings.

You will be forwarded to the Settings page. In the General settings find Export account and click on the Show Pairing Code.

After clicking on the Show Pairing Code you will be getting QR-code. After that, open mobile app and click on the Scan pairing code and scan QR-code.
